The staff, like Ismael, was really nice and helpful. Check-in was seamless. Location seems sketchy at first but great location as it’s only a block away from restaurants, T1 tram, and Grand Bazaar and 15 min walk to the main Sultanhamet square. Breakfast was not good though. This is an area they could definitely improve.

Only stayed for one night, but had an incredible stay. With reception being 24hours, it was easy to check in within minutes on my late arrival and it was quick to check out in the morning during my check out. I was able to store my luggage also whilst being able to explore Istanbul during my transit time in Turkey. the staff (Sami and Ismail) were very hospitable. The room was cozy, clean and had all the amenities needed for a nights stay. The hotel was surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants nearby. Tram stop was also a short distance away.

Hotel is very convenient to Grand Bazaar and Tram transportation. Many Restaurants are close by. Breakfast was very repetitive and not that great. Frontend staff Sezgin was awesome and provided excellent support and service! appreciate that!

For a VIP access it was a truly deception. The Standard single room is less than a standard, is a room in the basement where luggage and cleaning products are stored. The room was not clean properly and it was noisy all the time

Our stay was wonderful! The room was very clean. The staff were all friendly, responsive and very accommodating. The breakfast was great. I would stay here again.

Hotel initially said you do not have booking and took 3 hours to figure out, they charged extra 150 Euros by saying that hotels.com did not charge you right amount for the number of people in your booking so either you pay or else we wont let you checkin , Hotel did not have any service to help with luggage. My room said it has partial sea view which they said they will not give partial sea view room unless i pay them extra. Locker never worked and hot water wouldn't come Its a scam to make more money. I will have to talk to hotels.com customer service to grt refunds

Great spot right near public transit and walking distance to all the historical sites. The property managers were very friendly and helpful.
