Very nice hotel with friendly staff and super clean rooms. The price it’s amazing for the room size, other hotels for this prices were much smaller in Tokyo and Osaka. My room had two beds which is always useful to avoid any issues over sleep.
Room had very great space, balcony, good sized closet, a table for two, TV, bathroom with private toilet, full shower and tub and full equipped lavatory. It also has a good sized counter to put stuff on and it also converted to a sink by lifting the top part of the counter.
The room was fully equipped with microwave, dishes, glasses, cups, etc. it has a 24 hours self service cafe machine which is nice/
It’s also located in a quiete neighborhood a 15 minutes walk from Kyoto station.

Overall the hotel was excellent! Staff warm and friendly … so helpful as well. They do speak English.
The room was spacious enough and super clean! Amenities included free laundry machines to use, a room to sit and enjoy free coffee and tea.

The hotel is amazing overall. The staffs were friendly & helpful. Very big bed for us as family with small kid. Even though is close to Kujo sta. but a bit of work to transfer to the main lines.

Simply perfect! From the comfort of the rooms to the very friendly staff, it was a perfect stay to visit Kyoto!
If we ever come back to Kyoto, be sure that we will stay here again.

Nice room, it had a fridge and microwave which came in handy. Very clean. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again. Only a 10 min walk to the Station.
