Hotel with big oportunite The hotel could be much improved, especially the terrace which is wonderful in the summer but is not at all decorated.

The location of this hotel is excellent, minutes away from main sites. The staff are friendly, especially Ozgur! We highly recommend this place. The views from the rooftop are amazing day or night. We'll stay here again in a heart beat.

Ozgur was very friendly and professional with us as well as the all the personal in the hotel. AC works very well. Cleaning on the room was well donde every day. Very well located, minutes away walking from Sultanhmet Tran Stop. Perfect if you plan to have a delicious breakfast and leave the whole day discovering Istanbul.

Beautiful rooftop terrace which was free to use for hotel guests unlike other hotels in the area. Close to the Havaist bus stop to and from IST airport. 12 minute walk to Tram station and 10 minute walk to Blue Mosque. Very kind staff and great Turkish breakfast

The hotel is close to Sultanahmet (there is an uphill walk to get there so if you have disabled or older people with you this may be a struggle). I asked the hotel beforehand they said it was a flat walk to the metro as I had a disabled person with me but it is not. Roof terrace is lovely but unlike the photos make it appear, the breakfast is served on the floor below the terrace. Breakfast options very limited with only one type of small baguette bread sliced. There are nice pastries cakes that are homemade. But no toast, yoghurts or much fruit served. No option to have chefs cook anything like an omlette. The coffee machine is very, very old! It broke down a couple times at breakfast and only one small machine to serve all the guests. This Hotel is very dated. The plug sockets in the bedroom are old and difficult to plug in sockets. Bathroom for a three guest bedroom is tiny, not much space in the bedroom to move and only one tiny cupboard. A tiny tv which you cannot even see from the beds is useless. The bedroom was run down, floors dirty, we stayed 9 nights and only had our bedroom cleaned once. The second time I asked they changed the pillows only. No clean cups given no coffee sachets replenished, bed covers did not cover duvet or mattress so the filthy mattress was showing and used stained duvet exposed. No surfaces wiped which were left dirty. Cleaning service for bedrooms need alot of improvement. The complimentary slippers last a day as they are as thing as paper.

Tam bir fiyat performans oteli idi. Kahvaltı güzeldi, çalışanlar ilgili ve guleryuzluydu. En önemli artisi birçok yere yürüme mesafesinde olması. Teşekkürler

This hotel is very nice. The staff are all friendly and willing to help you out. They arranged the round trip shuttle to and from the airport and suggested local restaurants. What an amazing staff!! To the staff of Artefes … Tesekkurler!!!

Herşey mükemmeldi temizlik kahvaltı çatının manzarası ve inanılmaz kibar personellerinizle harika bir tatil geçirdik. Otelin konumu muhteşemdi heryere tek tramvay ile gittik.
