Friendly staff, was a nice quiet get away. Beautiful sunsets at sunset Beach. Very relaxing.

Comfortable stay. We had to pay for towels and sheets. We traveled from overseas and are not familiar with the setup of holiday parks in NZ. Having to pay for towels and sheets seemed strange. The bathroom was outside and shared. This too was an inconvenience. It was not clearly stated in the description of the property when we made our bookings online. There were no shops or dining available in the vicinity and we had to drive almost 30 minutes to the nearest shopping area. Come prepared with all your things for staying here overnight. They need to update the amenities description online.

The staff are really friendly, informative and nice. A small team who created a community feel. The Superior Cabin had nice clean sheets and pillows on arrival including an immaculate fridge and room. The humid days made for very warm rooms during the day and night.
