the hotel was close enough to where you could walk everywhere! the amenities where nice, hotel was clean and renovated, receptionists were all extremely helpful! would stay here again

Absolutely wonderful experience with the hotel and staff! The room was spacious and clean - it was better than some of the higher end hotels in the U.S. where I’ve stayed. The location is quiet but provides easy access to the touristy areas as well as the public transportation. This will be our go-to hotel when we come back to Kyoto.

The staff at this hotel were incredible. They were kind, helpful and went out of their way to suggest places to eat, and made reservations for us. The rooms were large and clean and well appointed. The continental breakfast that was included was such a nice way to start your morning I would definitely recommend this hotel.
