Got to the hotel early hours of the morning and the staff were brilliant to let us get a room early to get some sleep absolutely wonderful hotel a trip i will not forget thank you to the staff

I have travelled extensively around the world and have stayed in many hotels. This is the worse hotel I've ever stayed in. The photos are very misleading on how bad the condition of the hotel and rooms are. I was travelling solo so I booked a single room. Thus was about 2 meters wide and extremely crowded room. Ac was not working, room was not clean. Worse was when I talked to the staff who were not interested and passive. I booked for 4 nights but had to check out immediately and seek another hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

All the staff were amazing, especially the gentleman and the reception for the morning. Very helpful and kind. The breakfast very complete.

Great location next to the T1 tramway which takes you to all the attractions and connects to Taksim etc. The Klas is a decent hotel with very helpful staff. It is a fab hotel at a great price.
