One of the best hotels I have been too. Staff is friendly. The food selection is amazing. Beach and pool are awesome. The rooms are pretty clean and get cleaned often. I wish we stayed longer. Would be definitely coming back soon !!!

Great place. We booked a pool room on the beach side (as opposed to palm) and really enjoyed our stay. My first all inclusive, made it easy for food and drink, but could still wander up the promenade to choose something else in town if we wanted. If I came back to Sharm, I'd choose Novotel again... great pool(s) as you could also use Palm side, entertainment, food and drink and most of all, beach location!

The hotel facilities and pool were great, but the true highlight was the beach and its vibrant coral reef, teeming with diverse marine life. Our room on the beach side was both clean and comfortable. While the service was adequate, there is room for improvement, specifically regarding cleanliness in the buffet area, where tables were often sticky. The food was the biggest disappointment; the selection lacked variety and often felt like repurposed leftovers. However, given that food quality seems to be a broader challenge in Egypt, I wouldn’t want to rate the hotel solely on that experience.

I had a great stay at Novotel. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
