The check in process was difficult the codes didn’t work all the time. We had to call 4 times. We were stuck outside our room for 10 minutes waiting to get in. We had to get up a wedding so that was stressful. Maintenance never showed up but we were able to get a code that worked. The bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom was super tiny and the lighting was poor! we enjoyed the pool
overall I would not stay there again

Room was clean and amenities were pretty good as well. Check in was supposed to be easy but arrival instructions were incomplete so we had to contact support. TV in the living room had no signal. Other than that, it was a quick fix and staff were able to provide help immediately.

Very clean, one bedroom condo. The condo overlooked a courtyard and pool. We were there late June, and the sun was definitely warming up the small condo. We kept the blinds closed and the windows open, but it got warm during the day and evening into the night. There is no central air. There was a fan in the living room and bedroom. I was unacquainted with the check in experience. My directions went to spam. I had a difficult time finding a number to call. At first no one answered. Then I tried again and got a live person. She helped me, by suggesting to check my spam and then waited for me on the phone, while i tried to follow the directions. Success, eventuallly.
