Mitani Suites

We recently stayed at Mitani Suites, Istanbul, and our experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the management and staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. My wife is disabled and uses an electric wheelchair, and the level of care, compassion, and assistance we received was remarkable. The staff were always ready to help, and on several occasions they kindly assisted us by taking the wheelchair up and down to the street, making it much easier for us to explore the city. Their patience, kindness, and willingness to help made a real difference to our trip. The management team specially Mr Cihan; were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about their guests. They always greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality exceeded our expectations, and we felt valued throughout our stay. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to everyone at Mitani Suite for making our visit to Istanbul so memorable. It is rare to find such genuine customer service and kindness. I highly recommend Mitani Suite to anyone visiting Istanbul, especially families and guests with accessibility needs. We will certainly stay here again on our next visit. Thank you once again to the wonderful management and staff for your outstanding hospitality. You made our holiday truly special.

Rooms are clean, you need to explicitly ask for housekeeping otherwise they don’t do it. Front desk was super helpful and very charming person. Air conditioning working perfectly and truly needed in hot days of July. I like the area as everything is near by, shopping, metro station etc. Will consider booking again next time.

It was fair and so close to İstiklal cd.

Love the staff there. always tried to stay there when I am in Istanbul. this time I stayed 9 nights. I stayed in the smaller room as the other rooms were bot available. keep in mind that the building is not new and the hotel is small so there are imperfections. But I slept well, the staff were super friendly and the location os excellent - close to everything I need. IF noise bothers you, avoid the room next to the elevator. i was fine with it but it might bother some. Good value.

The staff was helpful. Location of the hotel is very good. There are nice shops nearby. The room could be a little bit cleaner.

Unfortunately, our room was quite small and had poor ventilation. Our previous comfort room was much better in comparison. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but this time we were not satisfied with the room. We’re disappointed.

I stayed for 1 week, Everything was perfect thanks for everything

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its central location made it very convenient to explore the area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast was simple, but very tasty and satisfying. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely consider staying here again

Clean room and the staff support is amazing.
