Amenities to be improved. To provide paper/plastic bag and slippers in the room. The hotel photo used is misleading. Grand Inn Penang Road is not at the corner lot. Please provide parking lots to customers. Thank you.

Centrally located...convenient to walk to Kheng Pin coffee ( opens at 6 AM ) shop with wide choices of local foods Hotel towels worn out and needed replacement

Price is okay, got open air space at third floor. I FOUND BED BUGS so i assume they dont change the mattress. Staff is nice and helpful. They dont provide toothpaste so bring yourself one.
