Very well located, but tired. We booked a standard room via Hotels.com . Problem was that the hotel have " various standard rooms advertised under the same category with photographs showing different rooms. Problem is you do not know which room you are booking. For me it turns out that i was given the smallest room possible with less than half the room area of the standard rooms and difficult access to the bed if there are two of you ...so WARNING - beware of booking a standard room ay this hotel thinking you are going to get one thing when you may be given a room you would never have intended to book!!! The hotel was not able to move me to an alternative room on the first night , told me to come back to reception the next morning and ":staff may be able to move subject to availability but not guaranteed." As we were going on a sightseeing trip it was not practical to go to reception the following morning. Will not be returning to the hotel unless they in future specify clearly what you are booking !!

I had to wait more than half an hour to get to my room because they were not done cleaning at 3 pm. I of course want my room to be clean but this isn’t a house keeping issue. It’s management. Otherwise the hotel room was great.

On arrival we had to go down 3 times for the key card to work. once in the room there was nl towels so another trip back to reception. We got 4 hand towels as there was no other available .Room was ok shower was poor and had silver fish in bathroom Room very basic compared to pictures Staff all lovely including the lovely egyptian gentleman who took us to the train for the airport amazing member of staff going the extra mile 😀

Good location next to a metro station but was quiet inside. I liked that there was a window you could open that looked out into a garden space.

Clean room, nice stuff. Tasty breakfast. Lacks room amenities like Iron and ironing board Otherwise a great stay

Spotless room and kind staffs, especially good breakfast

Need more hot water, cleaner.

Room was poor and not premium as described. At check in staff were ok but when i seen the room i went back to reception to ask of they made a mistake because no way was the room premium. Very bluntly I was told I was lucky to have a room because the hotel was full…. I wasn’t the only guest staying in the hotel.

The worst

Problem with check in. They did not have my reservation although I paid for it is advance, The receptionist appeared to be clueless. Eventually got it sorted out.
