The room was clean, staff tried to help but because of lack English knowledge was difficult. Breakfast was normal without any new items introduced. As a Hilton Honors, No amenities were provided which was surprising!

நல்லது

குடும்பத்துடன் தங்கியிருந்தேன்

The hotel was adequate for a short term stay, we did run into several staff based issues where perhaps an extra training is necessary. To wit, our Expedia reservation couldn't be located 3 days after it had been made, when asking for help re: electronics in our room the answers were not sufficient, only by asking once or twice would we get the info. Repeatedly the wifi didn't work, etc etc.
