They charge you “mandatory” 10€ per night for cleaning even though it says in the confirmation that it is an optional cost if you want cleaning only

Hotel was fine, service was very bad. Not very kind and asked for extra cleaning fees (10€/night) when no one cleaned our room during our stay. The breakfast isn’t a breakfast, therefore it’s not really a B&B. It was very noisy, especially inside the hotel (which is an apartment with rooms).

Nice apartment, check in was a bit in hurry, when you travel you like to relax, we dont like the charge 10 Euro for cleaning which was not anounced in advance by hotels.com. such extra charges must be comunicated in advance since they influence the choice of hotel too. Every accomodation must clean and such extra charge is not normal.

அற்புதம் There should be more clear information stating that there is NO RECPTION at this hotel. Small print after booking 24 hours ahead states you must make plans to enter at least 72 hours ahead!!! Luckily, after panicking upon arrival to the ‘hotel’, and getting no answer from ringing the buzzer, we phone the numbers on the poster by the building. After 1/2 hour, someone called back and we were let in!! Place is good though, and staff very friendly/helpful.

I wouldn't really classify this as a B&B. It's a room in an apartment block! The toilet has 2 doors, one by which we could enter and then another door into someones else room - we were afraid to have a shower as we couldn't lock the other door! €10 late fee is a bit steep! Area was very dirty, didn't feel safe! Would not recommend this to anyone!

We like the room, it was spacious for two people and it had a little balcony. the location was convenience cos it's near the train and bus station. Walking distance to most of the attraction and the two ladies who were helping in the hotel were super nice:)
