Our bathroom door didn’t have any ability to lock, or even latch/fully close? In fact there was a gap big enough to fit your arm between the bathroom door and the wall when fully “closed”. Very odd. Not ideal for anyone who may require privacy

Vicky at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and so very helpful with our check-in. She was accommodating with an upgrade and made our time there so much more valuable. Also, Gloria at Starbucks in the Sheraton side was very lovely and helpful. Everyone we interacted with was enjoyable.
