Great staff! Clean rooms. The restaurant we went to in the Hyatt had great food, except that the black bean burger was cold. On the second night, we ordered room service; however, they forgot part of our meal—otherwise, a great place to stay.

The property was in an excellent location to see many tourists areas. From the valet staff to the bell staff to the check in staff everyone was extremely courteous, helpful and went out of their way to do everything for you. The entire property was well maintained and clean. Our room was clean, well stocked with towels and amenities. The linen and beds were wonderful.

Our first night there was a small issue with dripping water. When front office was made aware and someone came up, we were immediately moved to a better room and very well accommodated for the inconvenience. Our stay was extremely excellent and we would recommend 100%.
