Clean room, great amenities, good breakfast. My only complaint would be the extremely slow staff at restaurants. Located outside “ciudad amurallada” but conveniently located.

This is the best hotel to stay when in Cartagena. The pools have beautiful views. The rooms are up to date. Definitely will be returning.

Hotel was amazing. Excellent food and very helpful staff. Close to everything. Hotel is attached to a big mall and there's a supermarket right behind it. Very convenient.

Everything about this property has been great. Staff has been excellent. Food has been great. Outdoor pool, beach and restaurants on site. All of the amenities made it hard to venture to experience other parts of Cartagena. Also very close to wall city. 5 min taxi or 15-20 min walk.

La vista al mar, Lo que no me gustó es la falta de información por ejemplo para la lavandería es un robo lo que quieren cobrar pero no te lo explican, más o menos por 9 quilos de ropa me querían cobrar 1,187 000 pesos cuando en una lavandería te cobran 10,000 pesos por kilo que sería un total de 90,000 pero ellos cobran por prenda sooo por una camisa cobran 29,000 y además el impuesto es de 12% y ellos me querían cobrar 19% de impuesto “ por lavar mi ropa” y cuando traté de pedir una explicación ala recepcionista me dijo que le hiciera como quisiera y que me quejara con quien fuera que tenía que pagar.
