Great location if you are looking for quiet area, with several restaurants within walking distance. The staff is very helpful and took care of all of our needs. The beds were comfortable, but can be squeaky however they will fix the issue upon request. The hotel is clean, they use lemongrass to repel insects, you can ask them not to if the smell is too strong. We rarely used the kitchen but it looked to have everything you need to cook simple meals. I enjoyed my stay!

Property was great - fantastic space, bright and light in a suite layout. A few mins walk to beach and away from busy waterfront noise and action. Would recommend

We really enjoyed our stay. The villas are clean, quiet and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. If we come back to da nang we will definitely stay here again!

Family travel trip and the perfect-simple apartment exceed our expectation. Clean&fully equipped, quiet and convenient to move around. The staff are very enthusiastic and friendly, supporting in all situations. Highly recommanded place, we hope to return again

Friendly staff, they go the extra mile. Beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. Close to a number of excellent coffee shops and 5 minute walk to the beach or grocery stores or restaurants.
