Another fantastic stay! Our second time back & enjoyed it as much as the first. The staff are always super friendly & helpful. The rooms are always clean and well maintained.

Room is attended daily, (towels and trash) Room is small, but comfortable . Biggest problem was the bathroom , small without adequate shelving .

Really love the location, staff Just take note that in general, hotel rooms are small. I still did well in this room with a total of 2 adults and 2 kids (12 and 8) Will definitely return

The roof spa was an absolute delight. King room was spacious for Japan with a fridge and all the amenities you can ask for. I am going hiking for the next week and staff were incredibly helpful with holding our main luggage until just before our next reservation and then forwarding it for us.

I’ve stayed at a Candeo Hotel in Osaka before and it was definitely nicer and cheaper than this place. Maybe because the hotel is right next to Dotonbori, but I expected more from the room for the amount I paid. I paid half for a much nicer room the last time I stayed at a Candeo Hotel in Osaka. But I do love the location. It’s a close walkway to Kuromon Market and Dotonbori. Other than that, just pay for a cheaper room if possible!

We stayed at Candeo Hotels Osaka Namba for 3 nights in May and overall had a good experience, mainly because of the excellent location. The hotel is only around 500 metres from Dotonbori and the Shinsaibashisuji shopping district, with countless restaurants, shops, arcades, and department stores nearby. This is definitely the biggest reason to stay here. The room was small at around 19sqm, but very clean, quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly, attentive, and had a reasonable understanding of English. Google Translate helped a lot during our stay. Breakfast was decent overall, although western options were limited. One downside was the room temperature in the mornings. Heat and sunlight through the windows became very intense, so we needed to keep the air conditioning running on cold to stop the room heating up quickly. The room was comfortable again by afternoon and evening. The laundry facilities were unfortunately terrible. Everything required an app called AQ Connection with Japanese-only instructions and no coin or cash option. The dryers were also very inefficient and expensive compared to typical coin laundries elsewhere in Japan. Overall, while we enjoyed the stay, we felt AUD $1,000+ for 3 nights was a bit expensive considering the small room, average view, and poor laundry facilities. However, the location is outstanding and makes this hotel a strong option for exploring Osaka.

Our room was very clean and spacious. The hotel was beautiful as well with an incredible view of the city on the top floor. The spa was very clean and relaxing as well.
