Dear Front Desk and Management of Onomo Hotel Rabat Terminus thank you very much for the exceptional service you provided to my nephew and his bride on their special wedding night. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made their stay truly memorable. The room and all of the arrangements were outstanding, and they greatly appreciated the warm hospitality. Thank you for helping make such an important occasion even more special. With sincere appreciation,

System was down when i was checking in. After an hour wait they just gave me a room. If you are light sleeper do not get room by road. It is very noisy. Continuous honking all night. No iron in room. It says 4 star but its more of a 3 star

The hotel room was clean, a little worn. Staff depended on who you got, a mixed bag, some were quite helpful, others were reluctant to help. I know English is not their preferred language, however if you’re at reception, I think it should be part of your job. Breakfast was average, included basics, however the scrambled eggs looked a very unappealing yellow.

Overall good experience. Shower head was broken when I checked in and it took 24 hours to get it fixed even though I requested it asap.

தனிமை தங்குதல்

I sincerely do not recommend staying here. I was there for 3 nights for work, and would never stay in such a place again. The place was unkept, the staff was unhelpful and/or unprepared to resolve issues, the whole facility was LOUD, and it was just a bad experience overall.

Pre-arranged for my mother to have a handicap- accessible room and was told upon arrival it would not be available, all rooms were booked. Staff was neither accommodating nor compassionate.
