This property should not be listed in Expedia and I am shocked they allow this to happen. There is no check in desk. Several times I attempted to contact the hotel prior to arrival to see exactly what the check in procedure was. I never received and answer.
I had to book another hotel and ended up losing $300 as I could not count on these people meeting me after a 30 hour journey to Malaysia. It appear this room is a BNB and owned by the mainland Chinese. Everyone should avoid booking this room. Do not believe it is a hotel. You will be sorry as I am.
Expedia should also be held accountable for allowing this to be booked thru their web site.

The check in service was quick. No queue required with a VIP check in feel. Room is spacious and clean.

சராசரிக்கும் குறைவானது I asked for twin, but was given a king and make shift single bed instead. Room keys were also given only 1 and not more than that. Room door was faulty and requires special skill to remove key once the door is opened. Towels were stained and dirty.
