Liked: Large rooms Did not like: Rigid dining schedule. Food, while plentiful and tasty, was served at a fast pace as the time available for dinner is limited. Private onsen not worthwhile -- water very hot and space cramped. No after dinner option to socialize. Bar very limited and closes (hard close) at 9 pm. Upon asking what people do in the evening we were told-- Onsen (bathe)! It is not everyone's preference to take a hot bath after dinner.

Excellent customer service. Provides shuttle bus service on arrival and departure from the property. Also provides a free booking of a private Onsen room for every staying resident.

Very nice room overlooking the river, sound of frogs and water running all night. Beautiful. Interesting Japanese menu for breakfast and dinner, great to try something new. Staff was very kind and friendly. Everything was amazing and memorable.

Very traditional Japanese building. The vibe isn't for everyone, but we love it. The dinner, staff and service are all excellent!

The drive in the village to get to the Osen was super narrow, so make sure to drive carefully. Besides that, the staff was lovely, easy to talk to, and super friendly. Breakfast and dinner weren't bad. I was able to relax for a few days. Thankyou.
