Favourite good value place to stay in KL. Small quibbles - have to give the room door a hard shove to open it; would like room service or late night dining (tbf many eateries nearby open late though); a small gym would be great but...for the money, quality and location can't beat it.

Staff kindly offered me a glass of water while helping me with check in. Only missing bed room slipper n hot water kettle. perhaps a hot water dispenser on each level and a small thermo flask in each room be great! As usual, bedding is comfortable like other Citizen M hotel I stayed before

This is the second time I've stayed at citizenM. And like last time, I have throughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was only walking distance to the famous Jalan Alor, transport and all the big malls. Staffs are very accommodating and friendly. They seems ready to assist you when needed. If you a solo traveller, and wanted a nice hotel with good price, this is the one. Because I know it will be my first choice when I returned to KL.

This was a great hotel with a few little issues. We had no hot water the first night but the hotel staff immediately moved us to a higher floor, after that the shower was excellent, both heat and force. The rooms have iPads which control just about everything - lights, blinds, curtains and TV. Everything works OK except the TV. We had to turn off the power several times to reset the connection, s instructed by the hotel, but still it was unreliable. Perhaps a bridge too far with integrating technology. Breakfast was very good, a reasonable variety of options with very nice coffee. Staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly.

The room, while compact, is very clean and very modern. Everything is controlled via the iPad. Comfy bed. central location which is a stone's thrown from Jalen Alor. Most tours pickup from this hotel. Breakfast is included and has a good location selection to compliment the continental fare. Highly recommend.

Modern, clean accommodation. Friendly staff. 3 minute walk to Jalan Alor Street Market. Room was compact. Bathroom was compact too. No tea and coffee making facility in room. However, there was bar/restaurant on site. Overall, a very positive experience at CitizenM. Would stay again.

I had a great stay! The hotel is very clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The customer service was absolutely amazing! Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The employees really stood out and made the experience even better with their professionalism and attentiveness. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay at the same location again.

Great lovely room, had trouble a few times with the iPad when controlling the tv in the room but the staff were great at helping me with it. Breakfast was ok. Serviceable - could have done with more variety but all in all good. Area was so close to food market and local to all amenities so great spot
