This hotel is excellent. It is connected to an outlet mall (with shops, bakeries, restaurants and a supermarket) and a MTR station. Very convenient. The hotel itself is very well kept and the staff are all very helpful. Will definitely consider this place again next time when we visit HK again.

Overall a great choice for a night near the airport. The location is very good. But the room we stayed was dated in an unattractive way and wasn't clean like old carpet, cabinets, etc that felt sticky. There wasn't any US plug or adapters in the room (debatable but for a hotel near the airport with many travelers seems like a reasonable expectation).

Excellent as always. Although some rooms are a little dated and there is no indication of whether a room has a shower or a bathtub, the overall experience is still top notch. I would argue that Novotel Citygate is the best airport hotel in Hong Kong due to the fact that it has frequent coaches to and from the airport and its close proximity to Tung Chung Station. There are a lot of things to do in the area and the buffet was superb. If memory serves right, they also have special coaches to SAT exam centers for exam takers. 10/10 would recommend. Do remember to take a plug converter if your electronic devices use non-UK plugs, though you could borrow one from the concierge, but they only have so many.

This Hotel was so convenient to the MTR and bus terminal and the shops where right there for you. Everything you needed was within walking distance. a great curtesy bus to and from the airport that ran very regularly.

The hotel is Ok for lay over trips with good transportation location but the rooms are moldy and old... theres a smell in the room.. Shuttle service to hotel is good. The staff is 5stars.❤
