Hey, if you are there for a short stay near Penn Station, this is the place. It has a beautiful rooftop, the food is decent for a rooftop bar in the city. The room I used was on the smaller side, but clean.
The best part of the hotel is the people. The service.
Hope the ownership of the hotel understands that they need to continue to have good staff.
To the workers in the Hotel, I liked every interaction.

அருமை Hotel is clean but, given the price, not luxurious. Time share sales person was rather annoying when we checked in. Great location.

We had a great experience staying here. The room was a really nice size, especially for New York City, which made our stay much more comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff stood out they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. When we got there early, they kindly tagged our bags and held them for us while we explored the city.
What really impressed us was the communication and flexibility. We were told they’d notify us if early check-in became available, and they followed through we were able to get into our room earlier than expected, which was a huge plus.
Every time we came in or out of the hotel, we were greeted warmly. The staff consistently went above and beyond, even reminding us about complimentary small plate snacks, which was a thoughtful touch.
The rooftop bar was also really nice it’s enclosed, so we still got the rooftop experience without being out in the freezing cold. Plus, the location is great only about a 7-minute walk to Times Square.
Also worth mentioning the hotel smells amazing, which added to the overall atmosphere. Overall, excellent service and a very pleasant stay. Would definitely return!

Great location in Midtown Manhattan! In walking distance from a nice choice of restaurants and Macy’s..Rooms are a little small.

I had a fantastic experience. Great option in midtown and super close to all the sites and attractions
The coffee stand in the hotel was really solid and not super expensive. The lead bartender at the rooftop was the coolest. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was nice and clean, and I appreciated all the little goodies in the lobby like chocolates and fortune cookies during lunar new year!
