The room was very clean, liked the coffee in the room Water in the shower had great pressure. I used the train system for 5 days, and the entrance to the trains was right outside the hotel. Wonderful great location. Hotel workers were very nice .

the closest hotel to the central station, unfortunately the renovation/recreation of the train station makes one walk about 10 minutes to get out of the site. It likely don;t be finished in my our your lifetime. the hotel is convenient , and the rooms are new, modern, spotlessly clean ..

Helpful staff, great location, but the room was very noisy. Earplugs were supplied but you heard lots of noise from next door rooms and also loud bangs from outside. The bed was hard. The bathroom was old-fashioned but had good hot water. The heaters in the room provided good warmth as it was around 0degrees outside.

Requested early checkin and front counter was rude, never even looked up our reservation and said “rooms are ready at 3, come back then”. Came back at 3 pm and still not sure if our room was ready. Front desk staff were very RUDE.
