The hotel location wasn’t too bad, about 7 minute walk to the stations. But the rooms are super narrow. Almost felt like I was in a cruise room. The amenities were ok. I especially appreciated that they had all the basic skin products for women, and even had toothbrush, comb, bath sponge, and shaver readily available daily. Staffs were very helpful and spoke English. They had good breakfast buffet.

Very close to the train station. Convenient to go to JR Tokyo station. Room size for a hotel in Tokyo was good. The kids didn’t wake up for breakfast and unfortunately, we weren’t allowed to takeaway food for them. Other than that, the staff were great.

The property was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. What made the hotel unique was the excellent level of service and the warm atmosphere created by the staff, which made the stay especially comfortable and enjoyable.

I would absolutely go back to this hotel when we go back to Japan. Close to the train station and away from crowds.

Great location for Haneda arrival. Super easy to get to with monorail. Good location walkable to Ginza and Tokyo Tower. Close to Jr lines and metro. Lots of good food nearby. Decent sized rooms for Tokyo. Great for groups of 3 or more

Family room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. Very clean and well kept, as is the entire hotel. Hamamatsu Cho station is a short walk, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores in the area. Breakfast is quite good, with traditional Japanese breakfast dishes and a variety of pastries served. Oh, and the coffee is so good!

Staff was great at breakfast location. Food was great. Rooms were clean. Very little walking space but this is expected in Japan. Air conditioning was cold. Location near asasuka station.
