The room was spacious and clean. We had a partial oceanfront view but was thrilled to have adjoining rooms with our other family members. We enjoyed the pools and bowling. The food was just so-so but was a convenient option if needed. We'd definitely stay here again!

We had a front view room they gave us an ocean view the ocean was being worked on. They should have told us this prior I would not have went. Roaches in the bathtub hair everywhere and a dirty shower. I walk to get cleaning supplies and had gloves in my truck. They need to refund me some of my money.

Everything here was great, pool, bar food, the customer service all of it. The room was okay, during our 3 night stay the cleaners didn't come in and vacuum or clean our room they only left new towels. I would of wanted new sheets and cleaned floors during our stay but thats the only thing that we would of changed.

We liked the outdoor pool and the indoor pool. There was karaoke in the evening but we would rather have music at the outdoor pool in afternoon. We ate at the outdoor cafe burgers and fries which was good but a little pricey. U r not allowed to play catch in the pool and a security guard informed us although this was not monitored equally and other people did it without being told not to. Also people saved pool seats for hours without being there but it was not a crowded week. We had icecream on the 4th floor and it was good. We had breakfast once in dining area. We were on the 10th floor. Our room was mostly clean except the tables could have been wiped off. I only had a hot shower once, the other times were cold. Also the shower nozzle was broken and only the metal piece was left. This is a deal breaker for me as we had kids who needed to shower and it was cold. I won’t stay here again because of that. When u r in the pool and beach a lot, a shower is a must.

The room felt unclean. It smelled like mold and had a lot of moisture. It was a waste of money.

Staff were very friendly. The beach was having a major project underway which included bulldozers all day and all night for a couple of days . The shower did not properly drain after 2 showers .. the resort overall was very nice. I wish we had been informed about not being able to go on the beach in front of the hotel for several days .
