The staff were good, courteous and willing to help. Facilities are good, with a nice pool, pool bar, restaurant & spa. However the building/s are showing their age, as was my room, which was on the 4th floor (55 steps) and without a lift.

Friendly staff and amazing family rooms that are key clean. Breakfast was amazing with a variety of food. Definitely come back here

This is a beautiful place to stay if you are visiting Candolim. Convenient location and friendly staff with quick service. Only drawback was all the buildings don't have elevators. Otherwise all well and they deserve a 5 star rating.

Staff support extremely disappointing and non cooperative. Manager Roshan and assistant manager Sayan being the worst, and least helpful. They put the blame of their mistakes on a new joinee who was extremely helpful and apologetic. The manager constantly kept contradicting himself for being unable to provide the Suite we had booked because they over booked the property! We got a room with a view of a property back wall and rubbish in the backyard, no balcony, despite booking a resort/pool view Suite.

Pros: Good food Spacious room Helpful staff Cons: Room allocated on 3rd floor without lift. Access to room is hassle as unnecessary stairs added in the access path Candolim beach is far from the property about 15 mins. walking distance whereas property advertise is misleading by claiming 3mins. walking to beach. The room rent doesn't justify the overall experience
