Via Inn Shinjuku is amazing. Centrally located in Shinjuku, it is near family mart, lawsons and 7/11 which are essential for tourists like myself looking for a quick bite or to withdraw money. They are also within walking distance of Don Quijote and Isetai and other shopping stores. The rooms were spotless, and the staff was absolutely amazing. They helped us with luggage transfers and even gave us restaurant recommendations when we asked. It was so nice that I cancelled my next booking for my tokyo return and rebooked with Via Inn for my last day before flying out.

We managed to get clear views of Fuji during our stay, which made it even more worth it.
The room was super clean with nice touches like pyjamas, water, complimentary coffee and bath salts!
The staff were super helpful with an easy check in and out, they even sent our luggage forward to our next location.

Did not like that the smoking room was right at the entrance, otherwise rooms were decent sized and good bathrooms

Amazing hotel, clean and close to all the action within Shinjuku.
Dropped to a 4 star overall due to the smaller room size and only 2 pillows in the room.

The staff is really helpful and it's a nice location. Quiet but near Golden Gai so you can really have a good start to some tourist activities. I only stayed a night right after I arrived too so I can't really say much
