I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton in Schenectady. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We were disappointed with our stay from the moment we checked in.
The first issue was that the bathtub would not drain. We called the front desk several times, but no one answered the phone. I eventually had to go downstairs to report the problem in person. Thankfully, someone came to fix it.
After that, we hoped the rest of our stay would be enjoyable. Unfortunately, when it was time to take a shower, we discovered that the body wash dispenser was completely empty. This should have been checked before guests arrived.
These basic issues—an unusable bathtub, an unattended front desk phone, and empty bathroom amenities—show a lack of attention to guest service and room preparation. This was not the experience we expected, and based on our stay, I would not recommend this hotel.
I hope management will take these concerns seriously and improve its housekeeping and customer service standards so future guests do not have the same experience.

The doble bed room very small and the bathroom small the door slide door no privacy.

The fire alarm malfunctioned and went off at 3am & 5am waking everyone up no apology no explanation. I understand things happen but this was not handled well at all.

The room was very clean and beds comfortable. The water view was very relaxing. They had a variety of food for breakfast, which made you feel like you were in an all inclusive resort. I would definitely stay again in this hotel.

Convenient location just off the Interstate and although not the nicest area to stay, overall the stay was good. We had dinner in the Bistro and it was very good and the server was very attentive. The room was clean and comfortable but the Washroom had an unclean odour. Was very disappointed to find that the sheets very worn and pilly
This I would not expect from a Hilton Hotel, or any other Hotel for that matter. Would not stay in this location or area again.
