அருமை
The room was clean but I find the racks in the bathroom is far too high especially for Chinese elderly who are less then 5.5ft tall. Very good cooling air-conditional even in the big lobby. I like the shower area. Big enough and has a structure to sit although the floor is very slippery. The staff are very friendly especially the security personnel that bowed and greeted each time we moved in and out of the hotel. Good location that access to the famous food street. Also nice local delicacies around the vacinity.

Nice stay, a bit of an outdated building but I think they are doing some works to improve. The pool was nice but not enough loungers or seating around to leave your stuff or relax. Overall a nice stay.

Everything was excellent and I would recommend it to stay. Excellent location, about 20 minutes walk to centre of old town. Found some wonderful restaurants behind the hotel. (NK kitchen and le vie en meigui. And the main street food area is next to the hotel.

First day toilet bowl is choke. 2nd to check out tv box not working well. Once off need service staff to reset the WiFi connection to the tv box. Call 3 times to reset. Miss many world cup matches as the result of it. 22nd June the hot water supply is gone. No one inform us. Had to take cold shower. Till 23 June check out still no hot water for shower. Later staff told us pump not working. Good luck for those coming to watch world cup matches.
