Loved the late night complementary sparking wine and beer while the kids had pancakes, candy, and cotton candy. The play area with the interactive projection was a fun place for them to play while the adults could relax a bit after long days of travel and Disney.

We really liked the hotel. Absolutely no complaints at all, the location was great, place was very clean, train station was very easy to manage & I’m very challenged when it comes to mapping out trains, but this one was simple and it was a covered walkway to the hotel. Mall right there was handy. My highlight was the British Pub in the same building as hotel (doesn’t open until 5pm though)…mini fish & chips were fabulous very reasonably priced. Shuttles to the two Disney parks were great & very efficient. Thank you to the staff at check in they were very thorough so there was no need to revisit the front desk staff for our 3 night stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Japan! The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options each morning. The amenities were fantastic and made our stay very comfortable. The location was perfect, usually only two train rides away from the major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Having a Lawson convenience store inside the hotel was incredibly convenient for snacks, drinks, and any essentials we needed. The only downside was that, during our three-week stay, the room became quite dusty and didn’t seem to be thoroughly cleaned over that time. As someone with a dust allergy, this made things a little difficult and impacted our comfort. Aside from that, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Overall, the hotel offers great value, excellent facilities, and a convenient location. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Japan.

The entire hotel was very clean including the room. Being located right at a train station was very convenient. The shuttle bus to and from Disney was quick and easy. The free amenities such as toothbrushes, and bath supplies were a great added bonus, and the free beer and sparkling wine after 2pm were the icing on the cake. There is a machine to exchange currency in the lobby and though it may not give the best rate, it saved me a lot of time when I was just trying to change a small amount of cash.
