The room was clean, the service at the front desk wasn’t that good and there were very few breakfast options however, the girl who was filling out the breakfast options was very friendly

The hotel is so dirt and smell bad! No elevator and you have to carry luggage to second floor.

Needs an overall update and better supply of breakfast dishes as per number of guests. Most items were not refilled after 8:00 am though breakfast was till 9:30 am.

I will say that the room was tidy and clean, but the overall appearance of the lobby and elevators were pretty bad. Nothing a fresh coat of paint and a steam clean on the rug wouldn’t help.

I would have rated 3 star due to the couch that smells like cigarettes and gritty floor, and an unprofessional checkin,however them trying to keep $400 of my money is absolutely deplorable and I'm pissed and really worth zero stars

The instructions for the airport shuttle did not work. The text option wasn’t answered and the instructions for using in English were in French! It took me over an hour and kind help from 3 bilingual strangers who also had trouble understanding the message. Quite unnecessary glitch at the end of a long plane trip. I did inform the front desk they need to make a better message. Bonne chance!
