The housekeeping staff and the front desk associate who checked me in were both wonderful and provided excellent service. However, I was disappointed that the hotel did not offer room service.

Free parking!! The hotel staff was friendly, helpful. Room was clean, quiet and close to our venue so we walked to the event and took free shuttle back to hotel.

I got “robbed “at this place I really intend to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau . I have traveled around the world and never received such dismissive behavior. I want to communicate with a manager. Was charged for services that I not receive. The cavalier manner that I was treated after communicating about late arrival was truly disrespectful. It has taken me several day t be able to address this. I am owed an apology and a refund. Your staff cannot be trusted
