It was ok. Not what it’s cracked up to be. Breakfast was good. Waiter service was ok. One male waiter in the morning was excellent. High energy and very attentive. Everything else was just ok.

This was our 2nd year staying here, we will absolutely be back next year! The staff is amazing!! Always greeting with a smile, bar and restaurant were terrific! Nothing but good things to say! We absolutely loved it and enjoyed staying here!

We arrived early and our room was not ready, understandable, we left our number for them to call when the room was ready but never got the call. We requested the room to be cleaned and housekeeping never came around. It took over 5 minutes for the water to get hot and the pressure would fluctuate the entire time. Property very clean and at a decent location on the River Walk away from the noise, concierge was helpful and courteous.

Great waitstaff, Anna Smith in particular. Fine classical guitar music throughout, a refreshing change from the usual. Particularly enjoyed the riverside breakfasts.

We were disappointed. We booked two rooms, if I could post picture I would. Bed sheets had holes. The room was falling apart, shower head broken , the wall wood was chipped from the bottom like it was super glued . The hostess at the restaurant was very rude and unpleasant.
