Staff was terrific starting with checkin… I was able to check in abt an hr early so I was grateful that. One of the staff walked me to the room and told me all About the features of the room to include room service. The bfast was amazing / huge buffer with plenty of seating. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel

Excelente todo La ubicación del hotel, el servicio muy atentos y responsables y profesionales la Limpiesa es impecable el desayuno muy bueno y variado, finalmente el aire acondicionado todo el que desees en resumen muy buena calidad lo recomiendo como excelente

We had two interior facing rooms and were upgraded so we had a bed, couch and chair with coffee table and bathroom. The all you can eat breakfast was great - lots of options and was available for a wide time window. Location was very convenient near Plaza del Sol and walking distance to the Prado and Reina Sofia. Beds were comfortable and bottled water was provided free of charge. It’s also close to the Gran Via if you want to go shopping but was on a quieter street away from the crowds.
