This hotel for the most part is very nice, But you can see areas where they have not maintained the property well. The staff is very friendly and accommodating..

Staff were excellent, very attentive. The location of this place though is horrific. It’s in a literal bend on the highway and not what I would call oceanfront. While close to town we had a difficult time getting a car service and not at all walkable to anything.

The view was incredible. The staff was helpful. Having an onsite member for tours was also great. Our do not disturb sign did not work, having a manual option as back up could help. Pool and happy hour was a good option.

A wonderful property on the waterfront, close enough to Patong that you can really experience it, far enough that you won’t be woken by the noise
