அருமை You get what you pay for. It’s affordable and just what we needed as we only stayed in the room to shower and sleep. The breakfast was decent. The gentleman manning the breakfast was kind. I tried many many times to contact the property prior to our stay to take advantage of the option for airport transfer and no one got back to me until the day before we arrived. So the response time beforehand was not the best. The main thing we didn’t like was the shower. Don’t expect to bend over to reach your legs during a shower because you can’t. It was literally 2ft x 2ft. Overall decent place to stay. Close to bus stop and very walkable to many sites.

Christopher was available when needed and very friendly. This place is a walking distance to Castel de Angelo and St Peter's Basilica. If you are interested in a hop on hop off bus, the ticketing office and bus stop are just near the end of the bridge. It felt safe walking around this area.

The only issue we had was that there was nobody available when we wanted to check and waited 40 minutes, after being asked what time we were checking in 4 times. The number provided for assistance did not connect and then we were told to call another number as a management company seems to be running multiple guest rooms like this. When the staff did arrive they were lovely, friendly and very helpful. The room itself was nice and clean, though the fridge did not seem to work, but the location is the main attraction of the property being only a 10 minute walk from the Vatican and handy to walk into the rest of Rome.
