Lovely hotel, just noisy at night... gangs of overnight staff, food delivery bike guys all shouting and smoking outside.

The best thing about this place is the location. Staff politeness varies but it ok overall, and breakfast is a good effort. Room for improvement regarding wifi (no wifi connection during our stay), condition of the room (we stayed at the Dolphin Inn side of the building, which felt a bit neglected), and noise (nothing can be done about the trains, but the walls and ceilings feel rather thin).
