I had an excellent stay at Century Southern Tower. Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with beautiful views and a great location right next to Shinjuku Station, making it easy to get around Tokyo. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service throughout my stay was outstanding. The hotel was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities were excellent. I would highly recommend Century Southern Tower to anyone visiting Tokyo and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable!

Can’t fault it. Heard Tokyo rooms were tiny but the room was ample size, clean, tidy, helpful staff and excellent location with amazing view of the city. Definitely stay again

Hotel was great - easy to get to (If you can find the right exit from the train station). Right opposite a shopping centre plus there was a 7 eleven and burger restaurant downstairs. Rooms were quite a good size (for Japanese rooms) and the staff were super lovely. No do it yourself laundry, but you can do laundry via reception for a hefty fee. Convenience but expensive.
