The service and staff are wonderful. The amenities are good. The rooms scream 90s, and therefore needs a little updating. It is convenient to the subway and TCAT making it an ideal location for my family and me. We've stayed at this location the 4x we have visited Japan.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Royal Park Hotel Nihonbashi. The location is excellent — it’s in a surprisingly quiet and peaceful area despite being so central. Having a direct underground connection to Suitengumae Station (Hanzomon Line) made getting around Tokyo extremely convenient. The room was quite spacious by Tokyo standards, which I appreciated. That said, it is a bit outdated and could use a refresh (the bathroom and fixtures especially). I was bothered by hearing the foot steps of the people above me -- that was the one thing that really bothered me. However, everything was clean and functional, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the location and size of the rooms. I would happily stay here again on future trips to Tokyo.

There’s a lot of positives with this hotel. Mainly the subway access and Limousine Bus to Narita/Haneda airport is super convenient. I found it awkward that there isn’t a nice lobby to sit around when waiting to check in to your room or you’re meeting others. They are very strict about not checking in before 3pm. Never had I experienced of all the travels I have done. The rooms are a nice size. It was clean however the shower vents were really dirty. So if you have allergies be aware. It rained one day while we were there so it very nice that they had umbrellas for us to borrow. The staff was very nice. Overall had a great experience. Have minor room for improvement.
