Excellent location! Amazing sized apartment. It was a pity the indoor pool was closed for maintenance and one of the lifts was out of action. This was great value for the money spent.

Great location! Close to the beach, public transport and shops. Clean was very new and very well kept. Friendly staff were helpful. There were a couple of problems with our room but they sorted them very quickly.

Prime location. Across the road from beach. Quick walk to the shops. Interior and furniture quite outdated. Views make up for average room.

Superb beach view - If the heatpump does not work then you need to switch the external unit in the balcony off and on again for it to start working - it make a big noise in the beginning but then settles down.

The staff were really helpful. The apartment could do with an upgrade. Overall the view was amazing and the stay was within walking distance to everything including the use of a tram.

While check in no staff . It’s cause my call them and waited to open the door to enter my car . Also two days stayed without internet

We've been coming to Imperial surf for over 20 years. Love the location. Good to see some of the rooms have been updated and it looks as if the common areas are slowly being worked on too (which is needed).
