Consistently pleasant place to stay in Anaheim. Do wish that the mobility accessible unit was on the bottom floor, but we were close enough to an elevator that we made it work.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and filling with many options. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Parking was open and there was alot of it.

Called to inform hotel of ETA which was going to be early the next day. Hotel desk took note and then upon arrival was informed of a late charge because did not check in before midnight. Even though a call was made, the hotel has double charged, once via Expedia and 2nd at time of arrival. This is not right by the hotel!
