The staff is overall very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient especially if you are planning to shop for kids clothes in Dondaemun area. I requested crib beforehand but only found out that the crib was not set up in the room. Requested again with staff at front office and it was set up efficiently after we came back room from lunch. Recommended!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Fraser Place Namdaemun Seoul. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. It was the last leg of our 2 weeks in South Korea so it was nice to have a washing machine which was very clean (not moldy and smelly like other hotels in Europe); the hotel provided laundry detergent and a drying rack in the room. Location was great with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but we walked over to Isaac Toast for 2 mornings and to Namdaemun market for 1 morning breakfast. We used their free shuttle to Seoul station where we took the AREX train to the airport. The shuttle van driver was very nice and courteous. We were dropped off closer than the taxi stands.

This is an outstanding hotel in an idyllic location in Seoul. The amenities are phenomenal, and we greatly enjoyed the restaurants and lounge. We had easy access (15 minute walk) to our arranged tours of the city and DMZ zone. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Very clean, spacious, in the middle of the city and close to most attractions. Within walking distance to transportation and restaurants. Staff very helpful.

Clean room and friendly staff. The “family room” with one king bed and 2 twin beds (and a divider to isolate the king bed) was a great set up for a family of 4.
