Clean room and nice staff. Very good location and easy to restaurants and tram just downstairs.

The stay was lovely, the team was very responsive to an issue I had with television reception. I did speak to to team about height of microwave, located above the fridge and some of the cooking items i could not reach.

Nice place

The room was disgusting. I left early after one night even though I had paid for two nights. It was dirty, smelly and noisy. I could barely sleep and couldn’t wait to leave as soon as I could. Do not stay here it might be cheaper but you end up paying again to stay elsewhere.

It wasn’t a bad location and the staff were communicative but the apartment itself was smelly and was not the cleanest. Could have also had something more like complimentary snacks.

It was tricky to find the office/reception for this place, as it is a separate entryway to the actual apartments. It was also a little confusing trying to find the apartment I had been assigned. But once I knew it all, it was simple. Public transport is fantastic, with a free tram stop right out the front. The bed was a 5-6 on the hardness scale - don't expect a soft and fluffy mattress! The couch was very comfortable though, and the small kitchen bench/stove space was more than sufficient. The hot water did run out relatively quickly, so if you're a woman washing your hair (like I was), be mindful of this. A decent stay overall though, I would stay here again if looking for a budget property.
