We had an awesome 5-night stay! The hotel is beautiful, the surroundings are stunning, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is fantastic with plenty of choices. The only downside was the air conditioning in our room (Room 109), which never worked properly from the first day until we checked out. We reported it several times, and the staff did their best to fix it, but it kept going back to fan mode. Overall, we still had a wonderful stay, but if you’re booking here, I’d suggest avoiding Room 109 until the AC issue has been resolved.

Enjoyed just being over the road from a lovely beach, Spacious room, comfy bed, good pillows, excellent gym with quality equipment, nice gardens, spectacular Banyan tree, probably the only negative is the decor is a bit dated for the price I can live with that

We got the airport shuttle without hassle, they do charge a fee for that. The whole property is really nice with all the mentioned amenities. It's based right opposite to the beach with a road in between. The whole staff is really helpful and welcoming. Only thing they should improve upon is the room ventilation, it gets humid and everything feels a little wet even with AC kept on. Overall had a great time.

Lovely hotel , good amenities , clean rooms and gardens, Staff were all lovely , Great access to the beach and BEACHWALK . 2 GOOD Restaurants. Would recommend it to everyone. Ramps throughout the hotel for wheelchairs. Now has lifts to the upper floors but we had a ground level room . Reasonable breakfast cost , all you can eat for $11.50 for hotel guests .

This hotel was beautifully clean the gardens was outstanding; staff couldn't do enough for you. We would highly recommend this hotel for any aged traveler's. couldn't have asked for anything nicer and have stayed in a few hotels in the last 40 years of going to Bali.
