The staff is amazing. Especially Robert and Ashley. We would like to suggest that the restaurant open up all day and maintain the wonderful menu that is offered in the evening. The menu is smaller, but everything is excellent! The cinnamon rolls are fantastic for the breakfast menu. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. We will be back.

The hotel is nice but still trying to open up. Restaurant (off property on the pier) staff are slow or ignore you. Cleaning staff scowl and are slow (asked for room to be ready for 1pm and they hadn't touched it) but do a good job. Front desk is good to deal with and valet is excellent. Overall was nice and will be great when fully open and no construction on going.

The property was so beautiful! The lobby, the restaurant, the pool areas the beach, everything. I wish we stayed another night. It’s so worth it.

I would give it a five-star rating, but it is four because the windows do not open at all, and I needed the fresh air in the room. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.
