The property is located centrally. Easy access to transport,shopping,entertainment, and beach.

There isnt much to say either way about the hotel in general, its okay.The pictures look much better than reality. We had 21 days in Phuket before staying here for the last 3 nights. We booked a city view room. The room we were allocated was on the ground floor, right on the busiest road junction in probably the whole of the Island. They have built a wall, so that is your view, but it does not help with the never-ending traffic chaos/noise. They do provide ear plugs next to your bed, which is a first for us, as of course, they know the complaints will be coming. Also the smell of sewerage is about as bad as it gets. When we arrived, we must have had 20+ mosquitoes in the room, when one is bad enough. we did notice other areas of the hotel looked more modern. Yet even some of these rooms were right onto the public path with zero privacy. I suppose it matters more on how much you paid for the room and how long you are staying for. On a positive, the pool is nice and deep at one end and if you time it right, you might get 10+ mins to yourself late afternoon. If the hotel warned you before booking that you were going to be in one of the road bonkers roads you would probably not go ahead with the booking.

A very nice atmosphere inside the resort, with a lovely pool area! And just 5-10 mins walk to the beach or the night markets nearby. Would be much better if the breakfast can include more options. Thanks.

Nice property in a good location. I stayed on two occasions in October & December, i was impressed that the reception & restaurant staff all remembered even down to remembering my previous room number at the restaurant for breakfast. I will return in a few years time.

The rom was tidy. The breakfast menu was a bit basic. A lot of work going on within and outside the complex.

It’s already our 4th time here in this hotel, we love the swimming pool so much! Lovely atmosphere and all staff are friendly and cheerful, thank you very much!
