They charged extra on the consumables above their rates mentioned in the room rate card. The pools required maintenance. Had to call room service every time for even basic toiletries as they were not already kept in the room. Breakfast was good, however the options were limited.

This now being my 4th stay, that probably speaks volumes. On this occasion due to travel issues at Dubai airport, i arrived 13 hours late, with no luggage as it had been delayed in Dubai. I assisted in purchasing some new cloths so i had freash clothes for the morning, while i was doing that my favourite meal had been made for my supper Thanks guys for making my late arrival as easy as possible.

The property was well situated as the beach was only 10 mins away. There were plenty of food places and shopping near by. The hotel staff were so attentive and so pleasant. The moment you walked in the lobby reception checked us in so swiftly and explained what amenities were available at the property. Breakfast was lovely, loads of choices and you can even ask for things that are not on the menu. A big thank you to the following: Mario, Rama, Surjit, Rajiv, Shyamol, Nurala and Ajeet who made it even more special for us.
