Hotel itself very nice, good breakfast. Friendly staff helped a bit with parking issues first day and ice the first two mornings (but not the last). Neighborhood interesting - some sketchy businesses (exotic dance halls & casinos), but numerous hotels & families walking around. A substantial walk or short ride to major Munich sites.

Good breakfast but some items not replaced as they run out. Clean and acceptable but dusty in some areas eg radiator.

The 18 euro breakfast was terrible, the front desk attendant never addressed us when we went to them for directions. I didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood. I felt I needed to take a taxi to the Christmas markets
